What to expect from your in-home personal care service
Firstly, call or enquire with EPIC. Next, we’ll ask you to share some key information about yourself. This will help us match you with the right personal care assistant based on experience, skills and personality traits.
Then, you’ll have a meet and greet with your support worker or support workers to make sure you’re happy with compatibility.
