Incident Management

EPIC is committed to ensuring that incidents that occur in relation to services are managed consistently and effectively to safeguard you and your family and to inform the improvement of service delivery.

If an incident occurs while our staff is providing your supports, our worker will focus on any immediate needs you may have to ensure your safety, health, and wellbeing. Our staff member will report the incident to management so that appropriate support can be provided to those affected and the circumstances can be analysed to reduce the likelihood of a similar incident occurring again. If you have been affected by the incident, we will provide you feedback on what action(s) we have taken.

Please be aware that EPIC is required to report serious incidents to the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
