Jenni Lys, a dedicated manager in social services. has lived and worked in Kalgoorlie her entire life, instilling in her a deep-rooted passion for making her community more liveable. Witnessing firsthand the impact of disability on families due to resource scarcity, Jenni recognises the importance of tailored services that address individual needs and enhance community access. Her commitment to advocating for inclusivity and support for vulnerable populations drives her work.

 

Jenni's accreditation with the National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for community-managed organisations provides a solid foundation for future development initiatives. Her expertise ensures that programs meet stringent standards while effectively serving the community's needs. With a focus on improving quality of life and fostering a supportive environment, Jenni's leadership is instrumental in creating positive change and enhancing the well-being of Kalgoorlie's residents.
