Jessica Lovelock

Jobs and Skills Manager, Karratha

My Story

Hi, I’m Jessica Lovelock the Manager of the Jobs and Skills Centre Karratha, I’m a positive and genuine person and I find great joy in helping others succeed.  I have a background in Disability as an Executive Assistant, Department of Education as a Swimming Instructor and in Department of Defence as a Career Development practitioner.

As someone who believes in the power of building authentic connections, I really enjoy creating opportunities for collaboration and growth. I understand the importance of building a supportive and understanding workplace, where every team member feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Through my career I have learnt so much from my peers and leaders and discovered a passion for helping others learn and grow. I find fulfilment in my current role at EPIC as the JSC Manager, guiding individuals through a range of barriers to find meaningful employment opportunities.

As a Manager, I truly value giving people a chance and helping them tackle any obstacle they encounter in the workplace. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my team grow and succeed.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me camping or fishing with loved ones, exploring new places and seeking a little adventure. I’m a fan of biking around town, soaking up the fresh air and trying to stay active. I love music and I quite enjoy a good Netflix binge.

If you are ever at the NR TAFE Karratha campus, come and say hi to the team and I at the JSC Karratha.
