Vanessa Brown

General Manager, Client Services

Vanessa's Story

Vanessa Brown's commitment to working regionally is evident through her local knowledge and professional journey at EPIC over the past eight years. Growing up in the Pilbara, Vanessa has a deep connection to the area.

Initially, she managed and drove community programs across multiple Pilbara locations to meet community needs and local initiatives. This role gave Vanessa a strong sense of purpose and a drive to expand her professional development. Her alignment with EPIC's values provided an opportunity to grow her knowledge and assume the role of General Manager, Client Services, within EPIC’s disability sector. Vanessa has built a solid foundation as a trusted leader by remaining authentic and flexible when considering the impact of change, promoting a fair and dependable approach to achieving positive outcomes.

With the ongoing support of her teams and family over the past two years, Vanessa has empowered, inspired, and embedded good practices across EPIC to provide quality NDIS disability support services. She recognises the unique regional demographic and works to shape a more inclusive world, ensuring that people living with disabilities have choice and control over their lives and a place to connect within their community. Vanessa's efforts drive social change and benchmark EPIC as a quality and reliable registered NDIS provider across the Pilbara and Goldfields. She is motivated to explore new ways of working and maintain a high standard of best practices.

Vanessa believes that success is achieved through the collective strength of the people surrounding an organisation. Her dedication to empowering people to live their best lives embodies what EPIC stands for in every way.
